The Smooth CDI application is intended solely for modification and tuning of motorcycle ignition systems according to specifications.
Users are fully responsible for any configuration changes made through this application.
Using the application for competition or racing purposes outside of public roads is entirely the user's responsibility.

The developer is not responsible for any engine, CDI module, or other device damage caused by incorrect configuration or improper use.
Any damage resulting from improper advance or beat settings beyond specifications is not covered under the product warranty.

The Check Update feature will be available to ensure the CDI firmware is always up-to-date with the latest version.
Users are encouraged to regularly update the firmware for optimal stability and performance.
Bug fixes and new feature additions will be announced through the official developer channels.

The Smooth CDI application and related firmware are protected by copyright and may not be redistributed without written permission from the developer.
Any form of reverse engineering or software piracy is illegal and may be subject to legal action.

The Smooth CDI application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data of users to external servers.
All communication between the application and the CDI module is done locally via WiFi without internet access.
No personal information such as name, email, location, or device identifiers is collected or shared with third parties.
Data related to device configurations and tuning parameters are processed only within the user's device and are not uploaded or transmitted externally.
Any diagnostic or log data generated by the application is stored locally and solely for user reference.
